Each year, the Mountain Folkharpers bring noted harp players to the area to conduct workshops In recent years, these have included William Jackson, Sue Richards, Tina Tourin, Jo Morrison and Gráinne Hambly Castlebay (Julia Lane and Fred Gosbee) and Nancy Hurrell.
Although we play for the joy of it, we normally receive honoraria when we do programs. Along with our annual dues, these funds are used to help fund our annual workshops.
